Frontier: 240 people and still indie
I recently spoke to GamesIndustry International about Frontier's current hiring drive and our people-centric culture:
It's about understanding that game development is a team sport, and everybody has a valuable contribution to make
We believe in people - that's very, very important. When people come into our teams we know how to work with them and how to progress their careers at the company. We see the long-term value of people sticking with the company, and building up knowledge that way.
